About This Property
The Retreat is primarily (although not exclusively) a student living community near Oregon State Campus. With a modern look, the retreat provides ample parking and amenities such as the gym, hot tub and pool. Due to the very high demand tenants usually are forced to sign leases months in advance of living here, but due to their lease take over policy you can take over the lease of a tenant and be given the option to resign for the following year. This opportunity is great for anyone who is intrigued by the possibility of living at The Retreat but unsure about signing a long-term lease or someone who is committed to staying long term but was unable to secure one of the coveted 4 bedroom units my roommates and I currently live in.
