Conveniently nestled between Glen Park and West Portal and close to Ocean Ave., three great neighborhoods for shopping and restaurants. Walk three blocks down to Sunnyside Park’s playground or tennis courts, or walk up the mountain to Mt. Davidson’s forested hiking trails. Walk to Safeway, Mollie Stone's Market or Whole Foods. Viewing by appointment only. Tenant pays for all utilities. Excellent credit and references required. $40 credit-check fee per person. Well-behaved cats are negotiable with an extra security deposit.
