About This Home
Three bedrooms two bathrooms, single level home with City and Strait of Juan de Fuca views. Master suite has sliding glass door leading a deck and garden area. Washer and dryer and all appliances are included. All utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity & propane) and yard care (water & weed & trim shrubs and trees) are the tenants responsibility. One cat or small dog is possible on a case by case basis with $50 per month in pet rent and an additional $500 refundable security deposit. First and last month rent, $2,450 refundable security deposit, and $250 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We do not accept cosignors nor comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
