Beautiful historic home, lovingly remodeled, a short walk from vibrant downtown Hallowell. 4 other independent, positive, friendly people live in the Cute Cape, along with owners who sometimes stay in a studio at the back. Hallowell is a small town with great live music & food, next to Augusta & the 95. In walking distance are coffee, smoothies, restaurants, renowned pubs, bakery, banks & post office. The Kennebec River flows by, & the lovely Vaughan Woods & Rail Trail are perfect for a walk or run. There’s a TON more to learn about this place. So search “Cute Cape” on Maine craigslist. Our ad there has all about the house, the room, appliances, furniture, pets, house rules (e.g. “no smoking”), what costs get paid by whom, who we are, & even a 3D tour! If you are interested, write in! We chat to you (by live video or in person), and then we try to arrange for you to meet the rest of the Cute Cape Crew while you tour, so everyone can figure out if you’ll fit well together.
