About This Property

Pheasant walk apt 1 is a wonderful 2 bed/1 bath apartment, in the town of Ithaca. The house is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Its a short and easy 10 minute drive to the Commons. Features include: Eat in kitchen with plenty of cupboards New stainless steel appliances w/ a dishwasher Laundry room with washer/dryer Storage space Free parking for 2 vehicles One acre yard The kitchen and bathroom have tiled floors and the rest of the apartment is carpeted. Your entrance is in the rear of the building and has an enclosed vestibule. The apartment is a lower level apartment but it does NOT have any of they stereotypical basement issues. There is NO musty, moldy smell. There are no moisture issues and there are plenty of windows. Its a great, quite place to come home to. Rent is $925/month which includes trash (you still need to buy tags). There is a $25/month flat charge for hot and cold water. There are three units total in the house. The house is in a great neighborhood off of route 79 east. The area is quiet and family friendly. It is a great place to come home to after a long day at school or work. The house has a solar hot water system that heats the water using the sun.
