Convenience: It is a commuter's dream with a number of options for nyc commuters - Bus to NYC Port Authority (119) a block away, buses to JSQ path also just blocks away or you can use Citibike station next block for a quick ride to JSQ path. Number of bodegas are close by along with the West Side Ave shopping district only 2 blocks away including C-town and a number of restaurants.
