My little dorm room.

I have had this studio apartment for 2 yrs now & I can't wait to find something new. It is not as spacious as you would expect for $600 rent(I think the rent increase was drastically overpriced after the lease agreement was up but that's neither here nor there) it is a quiet, nice neighborhood with easy access to public transit. There's a mini mall in walking distance & I am not too far from the lakefront. Nice kitchen space with a backdoor & a nice size closet. Great perks for a studio & quite a catch at first glance. I would rate my experience a 3 star experience for the space & convenience as far as location. As far as durability & maintenance of the entire building, that could be better. Couldn't pick a better studio apt. is what I hope to disprove all the same.

Ok for low budget first apartment

An ok layout, nice size closet, and free heat. The breaker has low amps, my power is always going out, and there's a rodent problem. But the management is nice and the maintenance team is timely.
