Including adults and children, how many people will be living in the condo either full or part time? What do you and/or all potential applicant(s) do for work or are you in school, where? To be sure this is the right location, what part of San Diego is work/school for all applicants? Is San Diego a new home for you/other applicants, based on the map are you familiar with this part of San Diego, the community of Rolando Village? How long have the applicants lived in their current home? Why are you/they moving? When do you need to move by, if possible, exact/approximate date would be helpful? If approved, how long are the potential applicants looking to live here? We are only looking for applicants with decent to good credit. How is the credit/what is the credit score of all the applicants? Will the people living in the condo have a lot of stuff, no storage on the patio is allowed per HOA rules, is additional storage required? Do any of the potential occupants currently own a motorcycle that they would bring with or plan on purchasing one? This condo association is not equipped for electric car charging. Is this one of your requirements now, or in the future? This is a friendly, quaint, very quiet complex and we are looking to keep it this way. Will the potential applicants be respectful of neighbors and association common areas, especially loud noises such as TV's, stereos and voices of both you and your guests? Do applicants have any criminal activity we need to be aware of, including any convictions, pending litigation/court case or currently on probation? Do any of the potential applicants smoke anything, (this would include 420, hookah, chewing tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or vaping)? Do any of the potential applicants play any musical instruments? This is a pet free condo including visiting pets, do you or any of the potential applicants have any pets or expect pets visiting the condo? This is a lower level 1st floor condo with one condo unit above. It is expected that some minimal sound will transfer. At times, upstairs residents, are up at night. Are you/any of the applicants noise sensitive, especially normal walking of people living above you? What is most important as the potential applicants are considering their next place to live? In addition any other information that you think might be helpful especially any special requests you may have? A credit report will be required for each adult applicant that would be living in the Condo, in addition prior rental history, as well as current salary will be verified.
