You are just steps away from the beach, multiple pools, lazy river, and hot tubs. The indoor hot tub and pool are currently being repaired and may NOT be open for winter season. Winter Snow Bird Rental, ONLY, starting December 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025. Due to current guests, this property is NOT available for showing. Please see all pictures in the listing. Situated in a family-oriented section of Myrtle Beach, this condo is conveniently located near all the attractions that make this destination so popular. Spend your days exploring nearby amusement parks, shopping centers, and vibrant entertainment venues. When you're ready to unwind, head back to the condo community, where you can take advantage of the inviting pool and hot tub. Let your worries melt away as you soak in the warm waters and bask in the sun's golden glow. A one-time $125 departure cleaning fee will be added to the first month's rent. Housekeeping with linen replacement can be added for a fee. Guest may not refuse maintenance or exterminating services during stay. SNOWBIRD/WINTER RENTAL ONLY Unit is Available: December 1st, 2024, to March 1st, 2025 The Condo is NOT available for showing due to occupied vacation renters. We will not rent to third parties! Maximum occupancy: 2 guests Includes two parking passes. The renter must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification. The first month's rent along with the security deposit and cleaning fee is due with the signed rental agreement.
