Free parking is available, with extra paid parking options in the same building. Conveniently located near Yaletown and Gastown, the apartment offers easy access to public transportation, with the SkyTrain just steps away. Both Lyft and Uber operate in the area, providing additional transportation options. Enjoy the vibrant neighborhood with its array of attractions and amenities. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $250 fine for violations. A $250 fee applies for lost keys or FOBs, and a late check-out incurs a $50 per hour fee.
