This condo comes fully equipped with vaulted ceilings, light, bright and open floor plan with gorgeous hardwood floors, new carpets installed recently, and new vinyl flooring throughout. Kitchen fully stocked with all necessary dishes and utensils, updated stainless steel appliances, an office/guest room to share, and convenient patio access. Security system, snow removal, trash, water, and landscaping included with rent. Energy bill and wifi is paid separate based on monthly use. The main floor bedroom is not furnished however all the other rooms are. The bedroom has 2 closets, keyed entry for bedroom door. The renter will need to provide a bed frame, mattress, and dressers for their room. Shared access to main floor living room TV is always available. In the basement there is also a washer and dryer so doing laundry is a breeze. Los 3 Garcia's restaurant on the lake is literally a 3-minute walk so hopefully you like margaritas and tacos. The Yacht club has a community pool that was remodeled over 2020 access spring and summer. Light rail and RTD transit less than 5 minutes away. Olde Town Arvada 10 minutes away. The Numbers: Renter wanted for 12 month lease for $950 per month. All common rooms are furnished. First and last months rent and security deposit needed to move in.
