This 10-acre park includes a lake with a fishing pier, a dog park, a modern playground, scenic walking paths and nature trails, tennis and basketball courts, bocce ball courts, and a splash pad. The home is within walking distance of charter fishing operators, golf cart rentals, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Publix, CVS, and multiple restaurants. It is 1 mile to Marco Island's main beach access, 2 miles to Tiger Tail Beach, and 6 miles to Marco Walk Plaza. The home is approximately 25 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Maximum occupancy is 11 guests and is strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per Marco Island ordinance. There is no smoking allowed indoors or outdoors and no pets are allowed. Three exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and yard perimeter for vehicle and property security. There are no interior cameras. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
