if I could give 0 stars I would

place has roaches and ants, my maintenance request form has been sitting in the box for three weeks now. neighbors are loud, no soundproofing in walls at all. can hear neighbors coughing through the walls. bad neighborhood, horrible neighbors. landlord does not care about tenants.
