About This Property
We offer a 600 sf private FURNISHED guesthouse nested under two giant Ash trees, with its own fenced yard and covered parking. Only 100 yards from bus stop. Two miles from highway 101. $2275 / month for a 3-month lease, all utilities & WIFI included, except for electricity, which is billed separately. $300 cleaning fee. One month security deposit. Applicant pays $59 for a background check. This rental is for a maximum of two people. Applicants' background checked electronically for both tenants. We require proof of employment, references, including contact info for previous landlord. There are ceiling fans, an air conditioner, a screen door and a toasty powerful gas heater for cold days. There is plenty of closet and drawer space where you can unpack and feel at home. Full kitchen includes gas stove, oven, full-size fridge, microwave. Queen bed and a sleeper sofa that turns into a full bed. Four-person dinning table, washing machine & dryer. Kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, toaster, a coffee maker to name a few. Smart TV + Amazon Prime and digital broadcast reception. Full-length mirror, iron and ironing board, The yard comes with outdoor furniture and is full fenced. Idea for those suffering from allergies, like our family; animals have never entered. Electricity cost is minimal. Goes over $150 a month only during hot months with frequent use of A/C. Landlord (who lives elsewhere on this lot) suffers from cynophobia and allergies and our religion forbids presence of animals inside. Orange line's Reseda Station (Reseda Blvd and Victory) is 1.2 miles away. During the warm season, there could be sightings of tiny ants, which are not uncommon in southern California homes. We don't see this as an emergency.
