Upon first walking in, you'll find a cozy living room with a plush couch, end and coffee tables for your beverages, and a 46" Smart TV to stream all your favorite TV shows and Movies. We do not include Cable. Free Wifi Internet throughout. Central AC & Heat. Next are the two warm Bedrooms where you can curl up with a book or snuggle in for the night. The enjoyable queen-sized bed sleeps two easily. The room is also completed by side tables, lamps, closet + dresser for clothing storage. At the end of the hall you will find the bathroom. Let the stress melt away with a relaxing soak in the bathtub. To the right of the living room you'll find a dining set for 4, which doubles as a convenient workspace. Then into our spacious kitchen, with ample counter space, stocked with all the supplies for the cook in the family. Dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave -- are all there for your use. Off of the kitchen is our bonus sunroom! Complete with two plush chairs for reading or enjoying your morning beverage. Enjoy it as a sunny spot to catch some warm rays. Outside this door we have a patio dining set for 4, overlooking the grassy enclosed backyard -- great for children. The washer and Dryer are located in the basement. 1 car fits in the driveway and there is ample street parking. We like to serve corporate clients and those looking for temporary housing.
