Includes one larger wood slider window with screens and black out shades. Linens provided. OFFICE/READING SPACE: Office space with couch that folds into a twin bed. Lots of natural light and closet for storage. Includes a desk and chair. Nice room for reading, sitting, yoga etc. BATHROOM: Bathtub with shower. Upper cabinet storage. Hair dryer and linens provided. LIVING ROOM: The living area has a cozy sofa, two large chairs and a gas stove. Relax and unwind in this quaint setting with a book from the shelf. There is high speed internet and a digital screen TV with ROKU for streaming your favorite shows or movies. All utilities included. KITCHEN: A full kitchen with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. Kitchen amenities include; stove with oven, fridge, blender, toaster, cuisinart food processor, blender, baking dishes, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, french press, electric water kettle, dishes, utensils and more. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer on site just off the kitchen. YARD: Large yard with garden beds. Owner is working on the garden oasis and will be there some times to water, plant and weed. Outdoor seating & eating space spring through fall when weather is nice. HOUSEKEEPING: Additional housekeeping can be requested at renters expense. PARKING: Onsite driveway parking for 2 vehicles. HOUSE POLICIES: 1. Please remove shoes upon entering the house. There is a lovely shoe bin and bench just inside the entry door, pack those cozy slippers or inside shoes. 2. Absolutely no candles, fires/ fireworks in or on the property. 3. Non smoking/vaping property and house. We do not rent to folks who smoke cigarettes. 4. Please no hair or clothing dying in the house during your stay. PET POLICIES: 1. One well behaved and house trained dog is allowed. Two may be considered. 2. Pet must be crated when left in the home alone or taken to a doggy daycare 3. Pet is not to be on furniture or chew furniture 4. Pet is not to bark, causing noise nuisance. 5. The yard is not fully fenced so the dog can’t be left unattended in the yard. 6. Dog poo is to be picked up from our property immediately/bagged and dog poo bags are to be disposed of in the OUTSIDE garbage receptacle. 7. Dog poop in bags is NOT to go into the house garbage. 8. "Dog towels" are in the laundry room above the W/D and dog is to enter from outside through the laundry room and have its paws & coat dried and cleaned off before going into the house. 9. Do not use Bathroom towels or any other linens to dry or clean off dog. ONLY the designated DOG towels. SMALL GATHERINGS: Small dinner parties or work meeting events are fine. The apartment studio may be rented in addition to the house and this may create a lovely event space for a small gathering, family get together or ceremony. Please be aware of noise levels, care of our property and parking down in the neighborhood as to not block the cul-de-sac.
