Wonderful kitchen to cook in with long granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, walk-in pantry, gas stove with double convection oven, and a new dishwasher and refrigerator. Very walk-able location. A few blocks from Lake Michigan, purple and Metra lines, and Main street shopping. The nearby Walgreens is so close that it feels like an extended pantry. Apartment complex residents have access to a locked bike storage room which helps you enjoy Evanston's bikeability, and the underground car garage provides welcome relief from heat, snow, and street cleaning.
