Close to several grocery stores including Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Berkeley Bowl, and more, and short walk to renowned restaurants with cuisines from around the world, as well as cafes, bars, art galleries and more. Close to public pools, gyms, short drive or 5 minute walk to BART to gorgeous hiking and all the Bay Area can offer. This space can accommodate up to two adults, however one bedroom is small- could be a cozy second bedroom or a great office, gym, or creative space. Looking for quiet, clean 1-2 adults who enjoys a tranquil, creative space to come home to. Please note, this a family home, and as the property manager has a full time in person job, this space can only be shown on weekends. Apologies for the inconvenience.
