The attached one-car garage makes unloading groceries during our Pacific Northwest winters a lot more comfortable and also provides extra storage space if needed. The location is great, with easy access to E Burnside, I-84, and I-205. You'll be near grocery shopping, Portland Coffee Shop, and Perras Pupusas Food Truck. Glendoveer Golf & Tennis is just a couple of blocks away. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed Smoking policy: Smoking prohibited on the entire premises Tenant pays water/sewer, electricity, and gas, and will be billed back for garbage.
