This spacious home offers a comfortable and convenient base for your stay. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for preparing meals, and features a coffee bar with a drip/Keurig combo, syrups, cream, sugar, and complimentary coffee. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed. An additional queen sofa sleeper is available in the game room. Two fully remodeled bathrooms offer modern fixtures, including the en-suite. A washer and dryer are located in the basement for your convenience. Parking is available with a 1-car garage and driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Max 2 dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. This home is conveniently located close to Akron and Fairlawn's attractions, dining, and shopping, and is just a 20-minute drive to Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP). This is a strictly no-parties property. Any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and additional cleaning and damage fees may apply. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will incur a $500 fine; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks for the grill if needed (receipts will be reimbursed) or bringing their own charcoal for charcoal grills. Hot tub rules include a $250 cleanliness fine for violations, and guests are advised to shower before use, limit use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, use beach towels, and keep the hot tub clean and covered. No unsupervised children are allowed in the hot tub, and no food, drink, glass, diving, or jumping is permitted. Do not turn off the hot tub; only turn off the jets, and maintain the temperature at 100°F. Do not add chemicals without approval. Shoes should be removed indoors. A damage protection option is required, either a $400 refundable security deposit or a $40 non-refundable damage waiver.
