675 N Highland is my favorite place I've ever lived! The community is in an unbeatable location. Walkable to so many great restaurants, bars, and tons of shopping. The building is kept super clean and always smells so good! I love my spacious floorplan with tons of storage and 10' ceilings. No monthly fee for covered gated parking! Can't say enough great things!

Been living here for over 3 months and incredibly happy with the building and management team. Great location in VA highlands without being too loud. Apartments are materially very nice and well maintained with new appliances. Maintenance requests responded to in a timely fashion. Clean and well kept common areas including pool and gym.

What a great place to live! Spacious apartments, great amenities, fun neighbors, and an incredible staff! I love hanging at the pool and using the newly renovated gym, and any maintenance request i have gets turned around very quickly. Not to mention the building is in the heart of the best neighborhood in town. As long as i live in Atlanta I will live at 675!

After finding out I had 2 months to relocate to Atlanta from Boston I quickly called up many apartment complexes in the Virginia Highland neighborhood. I had an interest in one of the apartments in this particular complex and my leasing agent was able to quickly give me all the information I needed to send in my application. The move in was fairly straightforward and easy! Coming from a city where landlords and leasing offices are out to scam you, it's been a pleasure to have a leasing office who responds quickly to your concerns and is straightforward with all the fees.

I have had an amazing expeirence with 675 N Highland. I was able to get a tour upon walk-in. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. The ammenities are newly rennovated and everything is extremely new/modern. The building smells fresh in hallways/ elevators. The location is great, walking distance from stores/shops, and good neighborhood. I have toured a ton of Atlanta apartments in different neighborhoods and this is by far the best one I've seen.

I just signed my lease and am very excited to live at this property! The complex is in a great location, walkable to the BeltLine, Ponce City Market, and Virginia Highlands. Beautiful amenities- pool and fitness center appear to be well-maintained. Bobby and Dina continue to be very helpful and informative throughout this process.

My boyfriend and I recently moved here and we love it! It's in a great location, walkable to the beltline, Virginia Highlands, and Ponce City Market, and has some nice restaurants and a coffee shop just across the street. We're excited to see the new common space renovations too. The leasing office was very helpful during our moving process.

Great location, awesome amenities and apartments with high ceilings with more details than you'd typically expect - nothing in this place feels "cheap" like some nearby apartments that I toured. Lived here for a year and management was extremely friendly and accommodating - highly recommend!
