Our newly built home in the heart of Emmett offers a membership that includes furnished private rooms with premium amenities, all included under one monthly membership rate - designed for traveling Nurses, professionals, students, and skilled tradespeople who want quality, community, and convenience.
What's included in Your Monthly Membership:
* Fully furnished private room - Each room has its own unique electronic lock, eliminating the hassle of keys.
* All Utilities are included (Water, sewer, trash, electric, and blazing fast 3 GbPS wifi internet).
* Weekly housekeeping and landscaping included.
*Private, assigned parking for members with Suites; all others are curbside (Only one car per member).
*Huge chef-like kitchen and welcoming shared living space. Kitchen has been stocked with many different appliances to meet any need you may have.
*There is an additional beverage refrigerator built into the kitchen cabinets that is fully stocked with free refreshing cold drinks every week - all-inclusive in your membership.
*Expansive backyard with BBQ, seating areas, lawn games (cornhole, horseshoes & more).
*Every room has its own microwave with a dedicated electrical circuit and private refrigerator... yes, you heard right, for every room!
*Included with your membership after first month is a full local gym membership (gym privileges are for contracts lasting longer than 1 month and yes, they will continue all the way until your contract ends with us.
*After first month of membership yet another fantastic perk of membership with us kicks in; you will receive a free movie ticket every month that your membership is active. Movie tickets will be to theater here in Emmett Idaho!
