The eat in kitchen offers breakfast bar stools with the dinning table offering seating for 6. Laundry/Pantry: You will find a private washer/dryer in the utility room just off the kitchen in the garage. Plenty of room for pantry items and to store your cooler, golf, beach and pool toys in the garage.  An iron with board is provided. Comfort and Connectivity: Central air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool and breezy. Comcast cable TV and broadband internet with WIFI are provided free of charge.
