Parking: We offer two indoor parking spaces for your convenience at a cost of $20 per month per space. Furnishing Options: The available room can be furnished for an additional cost, allowing you to move in hassle-free. Our master bedroom and bathroom are already furnished, and you have the option to rent the master bedroom at $1,300/month. It includes a private bathroom with two sinks and a luxurious shower. The second room is unfurnished and available for $980/month. It includes a private closet. The furnished master bedroom is not pictured, but if you are interested, we can send pictures. Lease Terms: This room is available for a 10-12 month lease only. Pricing will slightly increase for 10 or 11-month lease terms. Anything else you need, including minor furnishings, can be provided by the tenant. Security Deposit: The security deposits for the furnished master bedroom is $2,000, and $1,500 for the unfurnished room, both fully refundable at the end of the lease term. No Pets Allowed: Please note that we do not allow pets in our property. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the house, and a large fine will be imposed if smoking is detected. Location: Our house is situated near the picturesque cities of Celina, Aubrey, Pilot Point, and Frisco. Within a short drive, you'll find scenic walking and hiking trails, plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, a Cinemark movie theater and more. Move-In Date: The move-in date for this room is scheduled to start on 12/1/23. Rental Application Process: To apply for either room, please complete our rental application form. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required. We will conduct an extensive background check and verify your income and rental history to ensure a secure and harmonious living environment. Approval typically takes 5-7 business days. If approved, the security deposit and first month's rent will be due before move-in. Utilities and Additional Expenses: Utilities (electricity, water, gas) will be shared among housemates. High-speed internet is available. Garbage collection and maintenance costs are included in the rent.
