This multi-level home sleeps 10 and offers a comfortable and fun-filled stay. This home features four bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Another bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed, and the last has a twin trundle bed. The updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as drip and Keurig coffee makers. Essential cookware and dishware are provided. The basement is a hub of entertainment with an air hockey table, PacMan arcade game, and putting green. Enjoy board games, a game console, and a 55-inch HDTV with Roku for movie nights. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. Enjoy the hot tub and outdoor dining for 4 on the deck, complete with a hammock. A gas grill is available for al fresco meals. Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Cribs and a pack 'n play are available to rent upon request. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 for a maximum of 2 dogs; requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. No cats are allowed. Located 20 minutes from Cuyahoga Valley, this home is conveniently situated near shopping and highways. Uber & Lyft are available in the area. Please be aware that this is a non-smoking home, with a $500 fine for violations. Smoking outside is permitted. There are absolutely no parties allowed, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Self check-in with a smart lock simplifies your arrival. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a gas grill; receipts will be reimbursed. For charcoal grills, guests must bring their own charcoal. Hot tub rules include showering before use, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, and keeping the hot tub clean and covered after use. No unsupervised children, diving, jumping, food, drink, or glass are allowed in or near the hot tub. Do not turn off the hot tub; only turn off the jets. The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use. Do not add chemicals without approval. Shoes should be removed indoors. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $400 refundable security deposit or a $40 non-refundable damage waiver.
