The attached 2-car garage provides additional convenience. Conveniently located near shopping, highways, and recreational facilities, this home makes it easy to explore Akron and its surroundings. Wonderful views of the park greet you from the back decks, where you can relax in the hot tub or on the hammock. A propane grill is available for use as well as outdoor dining for four. There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt.
