This bright and spacious apartment features three private bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for easy vacation meals. Each bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with soft linens and plush pillows. The apartment is filled with natural light, giving it an airy, summer-ready feel. Enjoy a large family dining table that seats six, a Smart TV, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. In-suite laundry machines are also provided for your convenience. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over three days in duration for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. Pets less than 30 lbs are welcome, with a maximum of two pets. A pet fee of CAD 49 will be added at the time of booking for the first pet, and an extra fee of CAD 49 per additional pet will be collected after booking confirmation. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves and any pets, as large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID verification before arrival, and check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
