The 2nd floor has three bedrooms and a large full bath. And there is a full basement with a walkout to the backyard. The first floor is heated by an oil warm air furnace. The 2nd floor bedrooms and 2nd floor bath are heated with electric baseboard heat. The nice thing with the 2nd floor heat is you can heat each bedroom as needed. The house has thermopane windows to help with heating and cooling the home. There is a back patio and a large level backyard that is partially fenced and great for entertaining. The owner will plow the parking area and provide a dumpster for the tenant to put their garbage. The tenant will mow the lawn and shovel their paths when it snows. The owner is looking for a tenant with good credit and good references. This is a nice in-town rental home.
