We also regularly do gardening, and insecticide barrier treatment so everyone has the cleanest and safest as possible experience. This place is honestly the cleanest I've seen in all 29 palms and you can check it out for yourself in person (the pictures also highlight this as well). Also recently renovated & maintained driveway as well as exterior. It is right next to the Marine base and Joshua tree park, and there is nature all around. 500 dollar deposit, 300 extra for pets. The lease length is 6 months but if you choose longer we can reduce the price per month rent, just let us know how much longer and we can lower depending upon how much the lease is extended.
All appliances or home systems like AC, gas heaters, toilets, showers, or septic, have all been serviced, and cleaned to like new condition, or replaced with something new or like new, so everything works great, and is cleaned/renovated to like new. I have never seen anything done with that much care as it requires alot of time, so even more expensive listings I've seen for a 2 bed 2 bath near this size are not as clean and well done, with all appliances included and everything like new as well as the water and trash being already paid.
