Hello and welcome to our home! Please read entire ad before responding. Gorgeous Hollywood Hills 1 bedroom apartment. Own laundry room, beautiful views, deck. I live in the completely separate house on same property and am renting this one bedroom apartment. Remodeled the front yard and kitchen. Granite kitchen counter top. The apartment is completely separate with separate entrance and no shared indoor space with the main house. Cannot have a better location in Hollywood. Minutes to everywhere you want to be and at the same time enjoy the quiet Hollywood Hills tranquility. The apartment is bright and spacious. There are two private entrances, one through the bedroom and the other through the living room. There is ample closet space (three total) both in the bedroom and living room/kitchen. The living room/kitchen has brand new hard wood floors and a renovated cabinets. The bedroom has hardwood floors. There is a very nice single bathroom with shower. There is also a private laundry room with wash/dryer IN the apartment. Current tenant now leaving LA for Idaho but has lived here for four years. I am looking for a long term renter only. The apartment is close enough to Hollywood that you can walk to the farmers market but far enough removed from the craziness that it is quiet. Street parking with permit, which I provide for you. No smoking, no drugs, no drama. Utilities average $200 / month which Is in addition to rent and includes water/electric/internet/gas/gardener.
