There is also a private laundry room with wash/dryer IN the apartment. Current tenant now leaving LA for Idaho but has lived here for four years. I am looking for a long term renter only. The apartment is close enough to Hollywood that you can walk to the farmers market but far enough removed from the craziness that it is quiet. Street parking with permit, which I provide for you.
