Property Ratings at 660 Centre Street
The ceilings took my breath away immediately. Off street parking and security doors are a plus especially in this area. Hardwood is a little creaky but, it adds to the charm of the property you can see the original architecture and purpose of the building. Beautifully redone without stealing its original charm.
I rented here for five years and the quality of living has gone down. As one of the first tenants, I found the building charming and a hidden gem. That all changed with the revolving doors of property managers and tenants on the third floor. I couldn't tell who lived there or not because people would let anyone in. The property managers tried to keep the place up but ultimately failed to deliver. On one very specific incident, I watched a woman smoking a substance out of a straw on the front steps. My apartment became infested with mice and after multiple visits from the exterminator, they continued to plug holes they didn't find before. It got so bad that I called the city on them. Because of my unhappiness and refusal to live in a place like that, they broke my lease 6 months early and I was free to go.
