Before the end of five days after move-in, the inventory form should be returned to us, addressing any requested repairs and identifying any items of note, so that you are not penalized for them at move-out. If inventory form is not completed, there will be no defects assumed in the property’s condition. 5. What if I have pets? Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of the Property Management Team Animal indemnity insurance is required. The refundable pet deposit must be paid and a monthly pet rent is added. 6. What if I don’t have enough money for the security deposit? We have a security deposit alternative for those who qualify and are low on cash.
