Apartment consist of a) front entrance way closet, living room, bedroom, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, use of backyard fully furnished outdoor furniture that is fenced in. Security protected, well-maintain yard. What we are looking for in monetary terms: is a security deposit of $1,400 that will be fully refundable upon departure, as well as monthly rental payment of $1,400. The right candidate will perform/produce a BCI check at their expense. We are looking for a quiet person. No smoking. No drama.
