About This Property
Sweet 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house for rent available as early as Sept 1st. It is located in a quiet cul de sac a few blocks from Haleiwa, walking/biking distance to the beach and a 5+ minute drive/bike ride to all the famous surf spots on North Shore. There's also a bus stop a short walk away. There is a yard with fruit trees including Chocolate (Cacao) and Papaya. Previous tenants started a garden area in the back, would love someone that would like to maintain it. Surfboard rack and hot/cold outdoor shower for after surf. Carport and Backyard Patio to enjoy. Rent is $3500 including utilities. Furniture is not included with the house but I have a spare air mattress if needed temporarily. Every room except 1 has an A/C unit. However A/C is expensive in Hawaii, so we ask to use it in moderation or contribute to the electric bill. My recent tenant took some nice pictures for me, so I have a mix of new and old pics so that you can get a good idea of the property. Please email me back a little info about yourself! I am looking for reliable, clean, professional working individuals that won't have a problem paying rent. Preferably people that can fix/take care of small things. Need to be able to maintain the yard as well. Thanks for looking! Please No Partying or Smoking in the Unit as this is a family oriented neighborhood. No illegal drugs, I have close family members that work for the DEA, so that is non-negotiable. Clean background check required. Mahalo!
