This is a 1,500 sq. ft. apartment on the bottom-floor of a 3-unit complex with other tenants living on the top floor. $2,600/month and $2,800 security deposit. Tenant pays for electricity, trash, and gas bills. Owner pays water only. Applicants are required to complete a rental application with proof of income. We will pre-screen tenants to verify identity, employment, income, and rental history. Due to COVID-19 only pre-screened applicants will be able to schedule an appointment to view the apartment.
