This brand-new 2023 construction offers bright, high-quality interiors and luxurious finishes throughout, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. This home boasts a private pool with a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a fully fenced yard. Guests have access to bikes and a ping pong table. Rich hardwood flooring flows through the living spaces, complemented by elegant tile details in the bathrooms. Each bathroom features a contemporary walk-in shower with a clean design. The open-concept kitchen, equipped with premium appliances and refined countertops, creates an inviting space for cooking, dining, and gathering. With direct access to the pool from both the main living spaces and bedrooms, natural light fills the home, highlighting its bright and welcoming atmosphere. A washer and dryer are included, along with luxury hotel-grade bed linens and towels, household supplies, and beach accessories. Pool heating is an optional add-on, requiring an additional fee of $60 plus tax per day if purchased in advance, or $100 plus tax per day if requested after check-in. For families, baby gear including a crib, high chair, or stroller can be provided for an additional fee of $250 plus tax. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per animal, per day plus tax, with the fee decreasing for longer stays. Early check-in or late check-out is available, subject to availability. Airport transfers, a luxury welcome package, extra cleaning service, and travel insurance are also available. Situated just minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and Naples’ top attractions, this home offers a prime location. It enjoys an exceptional location near upscale shopping and dining at Mercato, the pristine shores of Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt Beach, and is just a short drive from downtown Naples. You can walk to beaches and shopping, and bikes are available on the property for a fun and convenient way to explore the area. A car is recommended to experience all of Naples. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy or leaving behind an offensive odor may incur additional charges. Absolutely no pets are allowed without written authorization from our partner. If unauthorized pets are found, guests will be ordered to vacate immediately with no refund and penalized for violating the no-pet policy. Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting any special event, wedding, party, reception, or gathering of people. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the property, its grounds, or its community. Failure to abide by this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and further penalties. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. A valid government-issued ID and credit card details must be provided after making a reservation for verification through Guesty, a trusted third-party platform. Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. The property uses smart locks for convenient self-check-in. The pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather. Guests are responsible for picking up and disposing of their own trash in outdoor garbage bins and for putting trash bins out at the curb on scheduled pickup days. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking of personal vehicles is limited to the driveway or garage. Guests are expected to sign a rental agreement for this property. Guests are responsible for any damages, injury, or nuisance caused by authorized pets. Lost, stolen, or damaged linens are charged at a rate of three times the replacement cost. Guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously, and excessive consumption may incur extra charges. Pay-per-view or specialty TV programs ordered by guests will be charged cost plus a $25 billing fee. Guests are responsible for putting furniture and contents back in their original place if rearranged. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own dishes and leaving the property in a generally tidy condition at check-out. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. Violation of community rules or conduct may result in being ordered to vacate without refund. The property may be listed for sale, and guests must accommodate showing requests with 24-hour notice between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm.
