About This Property
Cute studio available in this charming 1950s limestone ranch house in south Bloomington just 2.5 miles from campus. The studio can easily accommodate a bed, a sofa, and a desk. The kitchen space could accommodate a table and more. The studio is separate from the rest of the home and is a private space. (Note: main level of home has been rented). Please know that the unit is accessed through the garage in the back of the home. The bathroom is also in the enclosed garage, not in the actual unit. Washer and dryer are in the enclosed garage. The unit will not be furnished but will have a fridge, microwave, stove, etc. Out back there is a large deck with a spacious fenced yard and two fire pits. There is a garage for additional storage as well as a carport. Gardeners are welcome to take advantage of the space in the back for gardening. There is also a Little Library in the front of the house, a neighborhood favorite. Cats or small dogs okay. Trash is included in the price of the rent but tenant will pay one third of utilities shared with upstairs tenants. No smoking. The home will be available on August 1.
