Early check-ins require additional effort and are available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Max 3 cars are allowed at the home. No parties or events are permitted, and exceeding the maximum number of guests is not allowed. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform. There is one security camera at the front of the home for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and refills are the guest's responsibility. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas, and if left alone, pets are required to be crated. Entry may be made without the consent of guests if necessary.
