My roommate and I are looking for 2 people to take over our lease either at the end of March or the end of April 2013 (dates are negotiable). The lease ends in September 2013, but you have the option to extend the lease if you wish into the following school year. We live in a 2 person studio apartment in the new Loop IV building attached to Pizza My Heart, CrushCakes, and the ICON building. The studio is FULLY FURNISHED with 2 extra-long plush twin beds/mattresses, HUGE FLAT SCREEN TV (cable included with rent), 2 wardrobes, 2 study stations, and a couch. The studio also features a FULL KITCHEN, including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and sink/garbage disposal. Also, the studio has a HUGE BATHROOM and a full BALCONY. Other PERKS include 24-HR access to washer/dryer room, trash/recycling shute, AMAZING ROOFTOP GYM/SUNDECK/FIREPIT/SUNBATHING LOUNGES/PINGPONG/FOOSBALL, and an indoor STUDY LOUNGE.
