Conveniently located close to the grocery store and downtown Sun Prairie with all its amenities! Tenant pays for all utilities. Management provides snow removal and lawn maintenance. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due at lease signing. Small pets permitted, with breed and weight restrictions (30 pounds max).
