- Super Charmer - Small house, big heart! - Virtual Tour: Self-guided tour available (requires proof of income of at least 2.5 times the rent, and answering covid-19 related screening questions). Totally cool 2 bedroom house, with an amazingly nice front porch. There is a, side yard with a vegetable garden area too. This is one of the neatest properties we have, and while the home is small in footprint, it's large in charm. The kitchen has a nice window for natural light over the sink, and the black appliances look sleek and stylish. White paint on the walls and new vinyl plank flooring makes this a neutral space ready for your warm touches. The living/dining has a cute built-in bench and table. The bathroom is fully remodeled, and custom in all the right places. Full sized washer and dryer provided, and there is tons of extra storage in the attic (accessible with draw down ladder). Walkability is outstanding, New Seasons is literally across the street, light rail is one block away, and there are several bus lines as well. Residents responsible for all utilities, and yard maintenance. Landlord provides garbage. One pet permitted (cat or dog under 35 pounds) with additional $250 per pet security deposit. A good landlord reference is required for all pets.
