About This Property

Hi I am currently looking to rent out two fully furnished rooms ea. for $1,100 and it is all inclusive. Amenities included are internet, limited cable tv, alarm system, water, sewer, trash, pest control, and electricity. I do have three dogs. If you have a pet there is a $500 non refundable pet fee required at move in. There is also a $500 security deposit due at move in. There is a furnished shared bathroom in the middle of the two bedroom. Looking to commit to month to month leasing understanding if you decide to leave a 15 day notice is required or else another full month of rent will be required.
