About This Property

(937) 427-2302 - Grander than the Rest! - This big yellow home was built in 1999 in a style and with materials that are not usually found in this neighborhood. As you enter the foyer, the traditional black and white checkerboard tiles meet you, then look up at the winding wooden staircase with wrought iron spindles and be delighted. You can even see the second floor hallway with the same railing as the staircase from the foyer. From the wood floors to the carpeting everything but the black and white tiles is in a very neutral palate. The gourmet kitchen with a HUGE pantry offers function and a beautiful look, and opens right into the breakfast area and then the family room. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master is a good size and has a cathedral ceiling and a gorgeous bath with both a bathtub and shower. In the master suite are also 3 closets and a dressing area with a window in it. The other 3 bedrooms are all amply sized with larger than average closets. Downstairs in the basement is Fun Central!!! There are climbing toys for the tots (including a ball pen and a slide) and a fully sound insulated recording studio for the teen! Outside there is a large fenced side yard for Fido and a multilevel deck for just hanging out. Home is located in Huber Heights City School district. Cats and small dogs are allowed, w/a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 and a monthly pet fee of $25/pet.
