Requirements include a background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment. A credit score of at least a 600 or a co-signer. Rental history and references or a co-signer. 30% of combined gross income must be equal to monthly rent at minimum. First, Last and Security deposit equal to one month rent is due at lease signing.
