About This Home
This is a super-cute 550 SF newly-renovated studio apartment. with it's own private entry--all utilities included (electric/heat/AC/internet) for $1250/month. This is a seasonal rental,it starts Sept 2,2025 and ends May 15,2026. This is ideal for a URI grad student or upper classman. This was just renovated three years ago,new kitchen and bathroom. This is so much better than renting a bedroom for $1,100 in a shared house. This is your own private space. It has a split unit for heat and AC (you control the temperature). It has fast reliable FIOS fiber optic internet. There are other female grad students in the main house, all very nice. It is located in the Plum Point section of North Kingstown, right off Rt. 138,easy 15 minute drive to URI,one red light to URI. Easy driveway parking. There is a quite nice little beach on Narragansett Bay located one street away, great for walks, leading to the Chafee Wildlife Sanctuary. The yard has a good waterview. All applicants must pay a $35 fee to Rentspree for screening.
