It is a great location IN the DTC, the welcome sign for the DTC is across the street you can see from the 2nd story balcony. Master bathroom has dual shower heads plus each bed room has a it's own massive walk-in closets. There's a major intersection in EVERY direction there is also a light rail stop on the other side of the complex. Downtown is about 20 mins away. It's next to 225 which makes the Medical Campus about 10min away DIA is about 25-30min away. The Mountains are 30-45min away as well. The Cherry Creek Reservoir is less than a mile away. TON's of Biking Trails and parks all with-in walking distance Completely remodeled in 2016. There's a light rail stop on the other side of the complex.
