About This Property

646 West Imperial Avenue aka Seabreeze Apartments is located in the northwest tip of beautiful, and booming El Segundo aka 'Mayberry by the Sea.' Unit 23 is a upstairs 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit that was recently remodeled. All our units include all utilities in the monthly lease: electric, water, gas and Spectrum cable and internet wrapped up into your lease (a $250 a month savings). Yes we are near the airport but this building received an extensive LAX sound abatement grant 15 years ago so all units have triple pane windows and the roof and wall board were engineered to reduce noise. We are as close to the ocean as you can get in El Segundo either a 5 minute bike ride or 12 minute walk to Dockweiler Beach and a short drive to the great surf spot of El Porto. We are across the street from the El Segundo Greenbelt loaded with shades and fresh oxygen from the numerous trees. All our units include a parking spot in the carport and there is an inside laundry room. The 105 and 405 are 5 minutes away which makes access to all of LA quick and easy.
