He is very clean and organized and enjoys hiking, backpacking, climbing, cooking, and spending time talking about films, books, music, and different places. The third is a 27 year old who works in the medical field in Clarendon. He enjoys traveling, working out, hiking, going out with friends, and attending music festivals and concerts, and is laid back and tidy at home. The fourth is a 23 year old from Staten Island, New York who works as an acoustical engineer for the U.S. Navy. He enjoys music, going to live shows, hiking, spending time at the beach, following New York sports, and cooking. The fifth is 25 years old and grew up in Arlington, where he works in recreation therapy at a retirement community. He enjoys golfing, pickleball, video games, movies, anime, board games, football, cooking, and hosting dinners or having friends over. *The previous housemate is also leaving the bedroom furnishings for the next housemate at no additional cost, if you’d like them. This includes the bed frame, rug, desk, desk chair, bookcase, bedside stand, and a really nice wardrobe. Everything is in great condition, so if you need furniture, it’s all here for you to use for free! If you’d rather completely furnish the room yourself, no problem at all. Just let us know and we’ll have the extra furnishings removed before you move in at no cost to you. Photos of everything are included in the listing. No pets or couples at this time. Lease length is one year with the option to sublet your space at any time at no additional cost to you.
