To ensure a great fit: Thorough Credit, Eviction, and Background Checks are performed on all Occupants of the Home Proof of Income, 3 References, and Bank Statements required to apply Renter's Insurance required (very cheap and protects you as well!) We seek residents who will take excellent care of the property and be respectful neighbors to others. Those who take great care of all of their possessions, and will do the same for our property. Lawn, landscape cleanup, snow removal, etc is always a resident responsibility.
