That said, we only lease to those who are able to take care of the home and make small repairs themselves, and not those who need to call us for lightbulbs or air filters LOL. Since we take great care of our homes, and we do semi-annual inspections, MERV filter changes, battery checks, plumbing leak checks, etc...it's very rare that we hear from a resident more than 1-2x per year! Most of our residents stay with us for many years and enjoy their property a ton. This home is pet friendly! Bring up to two furry family members with you.
